Cemosythesis Line
The chemosythesis line is to clean the surface of Aluminium roll. Through twice chemic cleanout and a special oxidation disposal in chemic impregnant trough, lubrication grease, dirt and other impurities such as silicon, magnesium, iron and copper which adhesive to the surface are removed。After this process, the Aluminium surface is covered with a honeycomb oxidative coating of high density, which becomes an agent to make paint and Aluminium firmly adhesive to each other, consequently to strengthen the panel's peeling intensity, improve coating quality and avoid oxidation of Aluminium panel.

The precision coating line
The precision coating line is to coat on one side of Aluminium roll after cleaned. The process is in the sealed and dustless room, through a three retrorse rollers. Afterwards coating through a oven by roasting, cooling and other processes, using inspectable instruments and equipments to control coating thickness and appearance qualities, which can make the surface coating's solvent resistance, flexibility and rigidity qualities to reach control standards.

Continuous Thermal-Plying Composite Line
This is the key equipment of producing Aluminium Plastic Composite panel. , The purpose is to make Aluminium roll and PE core material adhibit firmly and form flat panel by macromolecule adhesive film under high heat and pressure.
